A Sapphire drops to the bottom, a stunning mid/deep blue in colour and securely rub over set.

Two Natural, Earth Mined Diamonds are set above with the creamy Seed Pearl to the centre.

The piece is in an attractive heart shaped design, completed with a Diamond set in the flower at the top.
